We finally got our hands on this live recording from earlier this year. We had the absolute pleasure of playing The Majestic Theatre, Pomona with our good mate Andrea Kirwin for her Album launch in June. Captured by Mark “Sparky” Paltridge and mixed at Spark1 Studios Maleny. This is to wet your whistle while we head into the studio to record our first album which we’ll be releasing in the new year
It’s not mastered so Turn It Up!! Bon appétit!
We’re returning to Solbar’s Lounge Bar Sunday 22nd December for a celebratory Summer Solstice Session.
Doors: 2-7pm Free Entry
We’re on from 3ish
If you’re on the Sunshine Coast make your way up the mountain for this one…it’s going to be one special night.
“Solstice Roots is free event to be held on the deck at Crystal Waters Eco Village on the Summer Solstice December 21st. This is a gig sponsored by the bands and musicians performing on the night as well as the Crystal Waters co-operative, with the intention of celebrating the strong culture of roots music within our community”.
The Flumes are returning to one of our favourite Sunny Coast venues; Maleny’s legendary UpFront Club.
The Flumes are on for another Sunday Session at the Scubar in-between JOSH CURTIS + SOULA. Check into the fb|event and get along for a brew or two and some tasty tunes.
We’ve got a Duo Show lined up at the Palmy with the wonderful Andrea Kirwin. It’s a classic Sunday sesh with a world class verandah for kickin back on.
Love to see you there for a brew or two and some luscious Sunday Songsmithery
“Pandemonium in a pin-striped suit,” this “frenzied blur of Balkan, gypsy, swing and jazz … makes you dance by kicking your legs about haphazardly and spinning until you can feel your brain burning.”
Well that just about says it all…we’re playing with one of our favourite acts The Woohoo Revue at Solbar Friday 9th August.

A fiendishly talented sextet of horns, strings and drums, The Woohoo Revue have forged their reputation throughout Australia with their adrenalin-fuelled celebration fit for dancing, drinking and ignoring tomorrow. They shimmy the self-consciousness out of the most timid of folk, until disciples and naysayers alike blur into jigs, cavorts, whoops and hops – in one big mess of frivolity.
